Return & Refund Policy
Overview
At Keysstation, we provide digital software licenses delivered electronically. As a digital goods provider, our return and refund process follows specific conditions, in accordance with U.S. consumer protection regulations and platform guidelines.
This policy applies to all purchases made on https://keysstation.com.
Eligibility for Refund
Refund requests may be considered if all of the following conditions are met:
- The request is made within 30 days of purchase.
- The license key has not been activated or used.
- The product is still in its original digital state.
- A valid order number and purchase email are provided.
Once a license is activated through Microsoft's servers, it becomes permanently assigned and cannot be refunded.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are not issued under the following conditions:
- License key has been used, activated, or registered.
- More than 30 days have passed since the purchase.
- No proof of purchase is available.
- The product functions as described but the customer changed their mind after activation.
- The wrong product was selected and activated.
- Compatibility issues not related to the license itself (e.g., system or hardware limitations).
- Incorrect email address was provided at checkout and not corrected within 30 days.
- The license was shared, disclosed, or accessed by third parties.
Replacements (Product Exchanges)
We may provide a replacement product if:
- The key is non-functional or rejected during activation.
- An incorrect product version was delivered.
- There is a technical issue with the license not caused by customer error.
Requests are subject to verification of order status and license usage.
How to Request a Refund
Customers must contact support and provide:
- Their order number
- Purchase email
- Explanation of the issue
- Confirmation that the key has not been used
If approved, refunds are processed back to the original payment method within a standard timeframe, depending on the payment provider.
Cancellations
Cancellations may be accepted before license delivery is completed. If a license has already been delivered, refund eligibility depends on whether the key was used.
Abuse & Fraud Prevention
To protect all customers, refund requests are subject to review. Fraudulent claims, repeated misuse, or activation abuse may lead to denial of service, loss of access to future purchases, or further action as necessary.
Activation Responsibility
Once a license is delivered, the customer is responsible for reviewing Microsoft's activation and system requirements. Activated licenses are subject to Microsoft’s terms and cannot be returned.
