Delivery Confirmation
You will receive two emails:
- Order Confirmation: Sent immediately after purchase confirming your order
- License Delivery: Contains your product key and download/activation instructions
If you receive the order confirmation but not the license delivery email within 24 hours, please contact support.

If You Don't Receive Your License
If you haven't received your digital product within 24 hours:
- Check spam/junk folders thoroughly
- Verify the email address you entered at checkout
- Check email filters that might be blocking our emails
- Allow up to 24 hours for manual processing in rare cases
- Contact our support team if still not received
Wrong Email Address
If you provided an incorrect email address:
- Contact support@keysstation.com immediately with your order number
- Provide the correct email address
- We will resend your license to the correct address
- This must be done within 30 days of purchase
