What is Keysstation?
Keysstation is a U.S.-based online store operated by Elevnova LLC. We are a Microsoft Authorized Partner and Indirect Reseller operating under the Cloud Solutions Provider (CSP) program. We specialize in the digital distribution of Microsoft software licenses.
Are your licenses authorized?
Yes. All software licenses we sell are obtained through authorized Microsoft distribution channels. They are valid for activation through Microsoft’s official systems.
Do I need to create an account to order?
No. You can place an order as a guest. A valid email address is required to receive your license.
Products
What kind of products do you offer?
We provide digital licenses for Microsoft software, including:
- Windows operating systems (e.g., Windows 10 and 11)
- Microsoft Office suites (Home, Business, Professional editions)
- Microsoft Windows Server (various versions)
- Microsoft Project and Microsoft Visio
Product availability may vary depending on licensing terms.
Are physical products included?
No. We only provide digital products. No physical items (CDs, USB drives, packaging) are shipped.
Are the licenses perpetual?
Most licenses offered are for one-time activation and do not expire after activation. Licensing terms may vary depending on the product.
Ordering and Delivery
How do I place an order?

- Complete checkout with your email and billing details
- Submit payment through our secure processor (Stripe)
- Receive the license via email
When will I receive my license?
Most orders are delivered within 15 minutes. Orders requiring manual review may take up to 24 hours.
What does the delivery email include?

- Download link (if applicable)
- Basic installation and activation instructions
Activation and Usage
How do I activate the product?
Follow the activation instructions provided in your delivery email. This usually involves:
- Downloading the software (from Microsoft or a verified source)
- Installing it on your device
- Entering the license key
- Connecting to the internet for verification
How many devices can I use the license on?
Each license sold by Keysstation is a Retail license, which allows activation on one device at a time. If you want to use the same license on a different device in the future, you must first remove it from the original device before reactivating it elsewhere.
Can I transfer the license to another device?
Yes. Our Retail licenses are transferable to another computer, as long as the license is removed from the previous device. This transfer must comply with Microsoft’s terms for Retail licenses and may require reactivation through Microsoft’s activation servers.

What support does Keysstation provide?
We offer assistance with:
- Order status and delivery
- Activation issues
- Replacement requests for non-working keys
We do not provide technical support for using Microsoft software. For product-specific support, please contact Microsoft directly.
What if I received a non-working key?
Contact us with your order number and error details. If verified, we will issue a replacement license in accordance with our [Return & Refund Policy].
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay, depending on your browser and device. All payments are securely processed via Stripe.
Is my payment information safe?
Yes. Payment processing is handled externally by Stripe, a certified PCI-DSS Level 1 provider. We do not store your full card details.
Returns and Refunds
Can I request a refund?

Can I exchange my license?
If you received the wrong product or your license is defective and unactivated, we may issue a replacement after verification.
Troubleshooting
I haven’t received my license email. What should I do?
- Check your spam or junk folder
- Verify the email you used at checkout
- Ensure your inbox can receive new messages
- Contact support with your order number if needed
I entered the wrong email address. Can you resend the license?
If the license has not been activated, contact support as soon as possible. We can resend it to the correct address after verifying your identity.
Legal and Licensing
Are your products compliant with Microsoft’s licensing terms?
Yes. All licenses are subject to Microsoft’s End User License Agreement (EULA). Customers must comply with Microsoft's terms when installing and using the software.
Do your products work worldwide?
Most products are valid for use in the United States and other regions unless restricted by Microsoft. Customers are responsible for checking compatibility and regional limitations.
