To protect all customers, refund requests are subject to review. Fraudulent claims, repeated misuse, or activation abuse may lead to denial of service, loss of access to future purchases, or further action as necessary.
Once a license is delivered, the customer is responsible for reviewing Microsoft’s activation and system requirements. Activated licenses are subject to Microsoft’s terms and cannot be returned.
